Update 17.02.2026: new image generation architecture and more stable reminders

We updated image generation, stabilized img2img, reference avatars and Scheduler-based reminders.

17.02.2026

Main point: images became more stable, and reminders became more reliable

In this update we focused on two things: portrait quality and reminder stability.

This is not the most visible update from the outside, but changes like these make the system more stable, predictable and pleasant to use.

1️⃣ Portraits are now cleaner and more consistent

What happened before

  • Sometimes the face could slightly drift between generations
  • The style could change from one image to another
  • Rarely, extra details or visual artifacts could appear

What changed now

  • The face stays more consistent
  • The character look is preserved from generation to generation
  • There are fewer random distortions
  • There are fewer strange inscriptions and unnecessary elements

We reworked the internal logic so portraits look natural and recognizable, even across different poses and scenes.

Examples of new portraits

Below are examples of how the face and style are now preserved.

2️⃣ The face no longer gets “lost”

We improved control over the source data used for image generation. This means:

  • fewer random identity shifts
  • more predictable results
  • the same character personality from frame to frame

As a result, characters look more alive and consistent.

3️⃣ Reminders are stable again

At the same time, we fixed an issue that could prevent some reminders from being sent on time.

Now:

  • reminders arrive according to schedule
  • time is synchronized correctly
  • the system sends scheduled messages reliably

We separately checked the “water reminders” scenario — everything works correctly.

4️⃣ Reminders became less repetitive

We also improved the message sending logic:

  • phrases do not repeat one after another
  • tone changes depending on the time of day
  • messages do not feel spammy

This makes the interaction feel more natural and alive.

Summary

  • Portraits became cleaner and more stable
  • Faces look more consistent and recognizable
  • Random distortions are much less likely
  • Reminders work reliably
  • Messages feel more natural

This update is not about new buttons or flashy features. It is about quality and stability. Changes like these make llmgirl a more mature product.
