Terms of use for the online service Laravel.
This document is an official public offer of Evgeniy Vladimirovich Vashchuk, individual applying the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income” / self-employed individual, taxpayer ID 782617862688 (“Contractor”), to conclude an agreement for providing access to the online service Laravel (“Service”) under the terms below.
1.1. Use of the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by the User.
1.2. The User must have legal capacity and must use the Service lawfully.
2.1. The Contractor provides the User with access to a digital online service based on artificial intelligence, including communication, assistance and related features. The User agrees to pay for the provided services according to the selected plan.
3.1. To use the Service, the User may register on the website and/or authorize through the Telegram bot.
3.2. The User is responsible for keeping account access secure and for all actions performed through the account.
4.1. Current plans and the scope of services are published on the Service website and/or in the user dashboard.
4.2. Payment is made by non-cash methods through payment providers, including YooKassa and other providers used by the Contractor.
4.3. The service is considered provided from the moment the User receives access to the Service functionality, including tokens, subscription period and similar benefits.
5.1. Refunds may be considered individually upon the User’s request to support, if the service was not actually provided or was provided improperly.
5.2. Refunds are not made for already used service volume, including spent tokens or used subscription period.
6.1. The Contractor may:
— change Service functionality, plans and Offer terms with prior notice by publishing an updated version on the website;
— suspend access to the Service if the User violates this Offer or applicable law.
6.2. The User agrees:
— not to use the Service for unlawful purposes;
— not to attempt unauthorized access to the Service infrastructure;
— to provide accurate data during registration and support communication.
7.1. The Contractor is not liable for inability to use the Service due to reasons beyond the Contractor’s control, including failures of communication providers, payment systems, Telegram and similar services.
7.2. The Service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of absolute uninterrupted operation or suitability for specific User expectations.
8.1. Terms of personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy available at /policy.
9.1. This Offer becomes effective from the moment it is published on the Service website and remains valid indefinitely until withdrawn by the Contractor.
9.2. Relations between the parties are governed by the applicable law of the Contractor’s tax residency jurisdiction.
9.3. Requests regarding Service operation and payments are accepted via the contacts listed on the Contractor details page.
